How Talbio uses this information

Talbio uses your work contact, company and opportunity data to verify employer access, operate candidate search and secure the service. Candidates remain anonymous until they approve a specific request. After disclosure, your company is responsible for its own lawful recruitment processing.

Do not submit health information, ethnicity, religion, political views, trade-union membership or other special-category data. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal retention duties.

Privacy acknowledgement. I confirm that I have read the Employer Privacy Notice (version 1.1, 11 August 2026). I understand how Talbio processes my work contact, company, opportunity, usage and security data to verify and administer employer access, and that candidates remain anonymous until they approve a specific request. After an approved disclosure, my company may act as an independent controller for its recruitment processing and must provide any legally required information to the candidate.Terms acceptance. I accept the Employer Terms of Use (version 1.1, 11 August 2026). I confirm that I am authorised to create this account and act for the named company. I will use Talbio and candidate data only for genuine recruitment and the approved opportunity; will not attempt to re-identify anonymous profiles, scrape, export, redistribute, market to, or contact candidates outside Talbio before approval; and will comply with the GDPR, BDSG, AGG and applicable employment law. Any placement fee is governed by a separate written commercial agreement.
